Polar Express

Last weekend we headed to Utah for some time with family and to go on the Polar Express:) We stayed at my Grandma's and had such a great time seeing her. Ella loves her house and remembered it from last time we had stayed there. Unfortunately the only time I pulled out my camera was for the polar express.

We waited to long to get tickets for the Polar Express in Williams, Arizona so we went on the one they have in Heber City. It was so fun. The kids had such a blast singing, having hot chocolate, cookies, seeing Santa and getting bells. Their little faces just lit up. Ella LOVED it. I really can't explain what a fun little ride it was. I just love Christmas time and all the magic that comes along with it. Ella has loved Christmas time this year. She is old enough now that she really understands about Santa and all that comes along with it. She also knows the true meaning of Christmas- she tells me, " mom, it is all about when Jesus was born."

Being in Utah with all the snow was so fun too. Well at least for the weekend. I was not sad to be back in Vegas where there is no snow. It was like a winter wonderland the whole tme we were in Utah. Ella loved walking around in the snow and the cold didn't even pahse her:) It was a fabulous weekend.
