Yummy!!

What would I do without the Internet?!?! Seriously, I find all my good recipes on there. I am going to start posting some of my favorite ones I have found, starting with this delicious salad. I found it a few months ago and have made it a few times. I made it today and could eat every last bit! Try it, I dare you. You won't be sorry, and your kids probably won't eat it but oh well:)

I got everything all chopped up while Ella was at school and now it is sitting in my fridge waiting to be mixed up and devoured by me, and hopefully Stewart. Probably won't even try and make the kids eat it.

Head on over to this website- I get so many good recipes from her:)

The fresh ingredients I chopped up. Is it sad that I would take fresh veggies over fruit?!?

Part 4: Nassau and Castaway Cay

CASTAWAY CAY
We spent a day on Disney's private island. It was A-MAZING!
Playing in the sand, and then Luke decided he wasn't a fan after he face planted it.

 It was gorgeous
 The two adorable babies

No big deal just eating some sand
Castaway Cay- view from our room
This kids can play for hours with any ball
 My adorable babies
My little cutie finally getting her hair braided. She asked forever then I finally let her and she was in heaven
 My boys
 Me and my favorite girl
The characters were all around in their swimming suits
Poor Ella. She made the most of this day but was miserable. She had a high fever and I finally put together she probably had a urinary track infection. Thank goodness they have a little health clinic on the boat. I felt terrible for her. Through it all, she still had fun at the beach.

Nassau, Bahamas
Stewart just can't help from climbing on thing, I wonder where Luke got it!

We took the kids off the boat and did a little exploring in Nassau. Halfway through the day we took them back to the room to put them down for naps and headed back out to do a little more exploring.

Oh man, this girl is just to darn cute. She got the cutest little purse at the market. Her favorite princess is Snow White.
 Flirting with the locals
What a great family picture
                                                                  The market: aka tourist trap:)
Nassau had a really cool little pirate museum

We are pretty scary, watch out.
Alexander made himself at home in the museum and climbed onto the ship

Off exploring Nassau and our awesome boat behind us
 Exploring childless

The flight home:
After a solid week of hardly any naps and constantly going I was worried about the flight home. Over tired kids can be very irrational. But we lucked out and they slept the whole flight. It was a MIRACLE. I think we wore them out. I, too was beat. It was well worth it and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

Disney Cruise: Part 3- on the boat!

The Dream- Looking at all these pictures make me want to be back on the ship, tired kids and all.

Ella was so excited to finally get on the boat. Beyond excited. She kept saying to me after we got on, "this is even more beautiful than i thought it would be."
 In our room
Luke dancing away in kids camp
 The boat was gorgeous
I think the kids went on this slide about a million times.

 Thanksgiving dinner
All the grand kids
The guys

 The gals

Luke's favorite part of dinner: dessert. Probably the only one in our little family that loves dessert.

 Our waiters entertaining the kids

 Pirate Night
One of the highlights of the cruise was pirate night. We dressed up and they had all sorts of fun entertainment. At the end of the night they did fire works on the top of the boat. It was awesome.
On the deck ready for fireworks.

Some of our cute little pirates

Can you tell how much Ella loved the cruise, even though the poor girl got a horrible urinary track infection and the medicine we got from the doctor made her sick.
 The best in-laws ever
More random pictures from the boat:
It was so awesome to see all the characters roaming around and not having to wait to see them
These two may be cute but they're trouble
The awesome slide that went around the boat

Hanging out on the deck- Ella enjoying another all you can eat ice cream cone

We can count this trip as a success since we didn't lose Luke over board.

I didn't get any pictures of Ella at kids camp, but to this day she is still asking to go back. She kept saying on the trip, "can we go on this cruise every thanksgiving?" Um, I wish Ella:) She loved, loved kids camp. She asked to go every second she wasn't in there. They have the best set up for kids. They also have a craft section where Ella spent most of her time. We came home with a million different crafts.

I can't even tell you how amazing this trip was. Disney has everything down to a t. Even though we are adults I have to say it was pretty magical. We dreaded coming home and even went thru withdrawals:) The mickey mouse shaped pools, the awesome slide, all you can eat food and the movies they play on a giant screen on the top deck while you swim. Thank you so much Thom and Kathryn!!!

More post to come, I just have too many pictures!!!
