Family Reunion

A few weeks ago we headed up to Brian Head for the Stewart family reunion. I was mostly excited for some R&R! We made the Davidson's come along for a few days as well. Stewart and Landon hiked the subway Thursday with a big group ( so sad I missed it.... slight sarcasm.) Kristin and I headed down to Cedar with all the girls to see Fox fire at the Shakespeare festival. It was good and the girls loved the day care they provide.... Ella actually keeps asking me to go back:) We had big family dinners at nights with all the Stewart's- and I mean big. I can't believe all the adults and kids. Friday we hit up Mammoth caves and Mammoth creek. Ella scares me a little sometimes by the things that she will do.... walk in the ice cold river, crawl in caves ( while telling Stew she wanted to keep going.) Repel off the balcony with bigger smiles for pictures than I have ever seen while not wanting to get down. Stewart is so excited she wants to do all this stuff.... I am a little indifferent about it:) Saturday we just had more relaxing, but did have to finally shower for another play and milt's (which was totally worth it)! And then just more relaxing.

Also loved four wheeling- she kept asking me to ride on the motorcycle

Funny girls- Ella has gotten into dressing up lately. We just bought her a Cinderella dress up outfit that she really doesn't want to take off. Hoping she doesn't think she is wearing it to church today.

We are so excited....

..... to announce baby #2 is on the way. Ella is so excited to be a big sister, she talks about it all the time. She always wants me to call her big sister and wants to talk to the baby. I decided to finally come out with the big news since Ella announced it in nursery Sunday. At the top of her lungs I swear she says, "my mom has a baby in her tummy!" I was pretty embarrassed but she is just so excited. Stewart and I are really excited as well. So that is what has been going on around here. We find out at the end of next month what we are having- can't wait!!!!

Sky Mania

A favorite place of Ella's is Sky Mania. A large room with trampolines..... serious fun. Ella and Elliot jump their little hearts out! And so do the adults:)

This last week we also hit up Verrazano's- it brought me back to the days of good ole' BHS. We used to go all the time for lunch. We go back now and then and it is still my favorite pizza. It was pretty crazy to have Ella with us eight years later.

SLC:2009

We headed up to Salt Lake City with Stewart's family for a quick weekend trip. We escaped the heat for a few days and it was nice. The Harless and the Hooker-Zrebic family can along as well. Ella had fun hanging out with Zacc and Lynzee.

We went to the Oquirrh Moutain Temple open house. It was pretty busy since it was the last weekend for the open house. It was beautiful and Ella sang I am A Child of God pretty much the entire way through. Ella also thought the baptismal font was a spa.... she wanted to swim bad:)



We also went to Hogle Zoo. It was a blast and Ella loved all the animals. It was great since we don't have a "real" zoo here in Vegas. We had a great time spending time with family and Ella loved seeing her cousin Ainsley as well:)
