Memorial Weekend.... and a few other things!

We had so many family pictures I wanted to print and didn't want to buy frames for so here is our solution. We mounted them with foam board to give them some dimension.


This picture has nothing to do with Memorial Day either but it is funny. Ella looks at me and says, " take my picture with my best friend Dora." Funny girl:)

We went to the cabin for Memorial Day weekend and had a great, relaxing time! It was filled with hiking, yummy food, cousins playing, swinging (learning how to share the swing with everyone), and some just good old relaxing.




Doesn't it look like our kids are going to fall off this huge cliff.... we are good parents we swear:)

Ashlyn and Kyle's wedding: May 15, 2009- We had a blast! Everything turned out wonderful and Ashlyn looked awesome. Ella was the cutest flower girl ever- cute but grumpy! We had a very BUSY but fun weekend with all our family in town. I didn't get pictures of family and everyone there. We will have to wait until the fabulous photographer gets the pictures up online:)

Saturday we opened presents. They got lots of fun things. Ella wanted to go outside and blow bubbles, she was a little bored. She told me there were too many people in Grammy's house:)

Zacc and Lynzee's Birthday Party

The twins 3rd birthday bash was a big hit. I am so sad I went through all my pictures and I didn't take any of Zacc and Lynzee..... they are seriously cute. They had it all at the party, bounce houses, pony rides, petting zoo, pinatas, cotton candy, face painting, swimming and food. I told Ella not to get her hopes up to high for her next party:) It was so fun and Ella had a blast. She was so tired by the end of the day and slept great that night. Ella loved the pony ride, I totally thought she would chicken out but she went twice. Now having her pet the goats was a different story. Thanks to Dawn and Dave for all the fun:)

Night after night....

I go check on little miss Ella and find this! Naked girl. She takes off her pajamas every night and sometimes during her naps. It isn't even hot in our house because our AC is on:) We have a nudist on our hands!

On a whim I decided to chop off Ella's hair. A cute little bob! I was sick of her not being able to wear it down because it was sooo STRINGY. I cut a little more than two inches off the back. Now I am having a little remorse about it. She does look DARLING but like such a little girl. I just keep hoping it will thicken up......... maybe one day.

.........For the HOURS of endless entertainment right in our very own backyard. Ella LOVES her swing set... Grammy is the best:)
