Fairytales and Tutu's

Here is her whole class.

Miss Ella loves all things girly. Including dancing. My good friend recommended this dance studio and I thought we would give it a try. Ella LOVES it. The first part of the class is them learning all things ballet, then they read a fairytale, dress up in whatever the story was about and dance around in their little costumes. Simply ADORABLE. What is not to love:) Ella even got to go to a little dance camp for four day where they made crafts, had tea parties, and dressed up some more. I like it because they don't have big recitals, and at the end of the session the parents get to go in and see their little performances.

Elliot did the dance camp with Ella and I'm pretty sure they had a fabulous time. The last day we got to watch a little dance they had learned. Each girl got to pick their favorite princess to dress up in for the dance. Ella picked snow white- her all time favorite.

Luke loves to watch Ella. He stands on the stool and says her name over and over and just laughs. He is a BIG fan of his sister.

The funny things Miss Ella says

Stewart and I were trying to decide what to do with Ella so we were spelling out words. We talked about going to the p-a-r-k! We didn't even think she was paying attention. In the car she says, " I want to go to the p-r-ck and play." I don't even know how she knew what we were spelling. A few letter off but that is pretty good:)

We asked Ella if she wanted to go get ice cream after the park and she said, " I want strawberry ice cream with sprinklers."

We were shopping and I said to Ella, "you are a monkey," and she looked at me and said.... " I not a monkey I a child of God!"

Stewart and I are getting new phones in a few days. Yesterday I said to him, "guess what we get in just a few more days?", and Ella says to me (very excited) "PRESENTS."

The other night I was getting Ella ready for bed. I was brushing Ella's teeth in the bathroom and she was acting really silly so I called her a tool. She says to me, " no, I a hammer:)"

Ella's fav pastime is reading books. My Mom got her a book about the Nativity. We were reading it and she was pointing everyone out. She then pointed to one of the wise men with a white beard and said, "this king Triton." (The little mermaid)
